Scalapay tracking and usage

Scalapay is a payment solution that allows customers to buy now and pay later in three interest-free installments. By integrating Scalapay into their stores, merchants can offer flexible payment options, potentially increase conversions and boost customer satisfaction.

Scalapay is available to customers who are at least 18 years old, have a valid email address, phone number, an active payment card, and reside in the eligible countries where Scalapay operates. Merchants wanting to offer Scalapay must also meet eligibility criteria and sign up for Scalapay integration.

For customers, Scalapay has no added fees or interest when payments are made on time. However, late payments may incur additional fees. For merchants, Scalapay charges a fixed transaction fee, which will be outlined in the contractual agreement during the sign-up process.

If a customer returns a product and the merchant approves the refund, the amount paid will be reimbursed. If the customer has only made one or two payments, the remaining installments will be cancelled. If the customer has made all three payments, the full amount will be refunded.
