Ful.io may establish limits on usage, such as the number of API requests you can make. Attempts to circumvent these limitations may result in the termination of access.
We do not provide services to individuals or businesses located in the European Union (EU) or jurisdictions with conflicting data protection regulations.

Payments, Subscriptions and Refunds

1. Ful.io offers services on a subscription and one-time payment basis.
2. Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for previous charges.
3. Customers may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Refund eligibility may depend on the nature of the service purchased, whether the customer has accessed, used, consumed, or benefited from the Services or credits, and any applicable laws or payment processing requirements.
5. After the 14-day refund request period, payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or approved at Ful.io’s discretion.
6. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.
7. Customers are responsible for reviewing plan details, pricing, credits, and usage limits before purchasing.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the Services, including trademarks, logos, and proprietary information, are owned by Ful.io or its licensors. You may not use or modify any materials without explicit permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of our Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ful.io is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

Termination and Modification

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time and will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
You may terminate your agreement with us by canceling your account and ceasing to use our Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware.
