Parcelforce tracking and usage

Parcelforce offers a range of parcel delivery services, including express and economy delivery options, both domestically and internationally. They also provide collection services, Saturday deliveries, and time-critical delivery options for businesses.

You can track your Parcelforce parcel using the parcel tracking number provided when you booked the service. Visit the Parcelforce website and enter the tracking number on the "Track your parcel" page to see the status and estimated delivery date of your parcel.

If your parcel has not yet been collected or dispatched, you may be able to change the delivery address. Contact Parcelforce Customer Service to discuss your options and confirm whether a change of address is possible.

If your parcel is lost or damaged, you can file a claim by contacting Parcelforce Customer Service. You'll need your parcel reference number, the sender's and recipient's contact information, and documentation supporting the value of the contents, such as receipts or invoices.

Parcelforce has different size and weight restrictions for different services. For domestic services, the maximum weight is generally 30kg, and the maximum combined length, width, and height is 2.5 meters. For international services, the maximum weight is typically 30kg, and the maximum length is 1.5 meters.
